Hi all and welcome to this weeks WIP post, WIP Wednesday 3-15-17, Floorwork, There’s A Hole In It. I hope you like it!
ON MY NEEDLES
Several things, being that I’m afflicted with a heavy case of startitis, but nothing is really ringing my bell. 🙁 Nevertheless, I continue to cast on. Hope springs eternal, right? My most recent cast on is Kew socks from Knitty. Take a look –
Sorry for the terrible photo. Mr. Iknead and I are in the throes of a house remodel and nothing is where it should be. I’m having to temporarily wing it, photo-wise.
Here is the new flooring…

Loving it already!
We’re opening up the kitchen/dining room, partially taking down a wall, making an opening similar to a pass through between the two rooms. I can’t wait for it to be finished – there’s going to be an actual dedicated space for me to work on all my crafty things, with a built in desk/table and nice drawers for storage. Can’t wait to show it off!
We have a hole!
It seems like I’ve been gobbling up books right and left. I think I have book startitis, along with the fiber form of it!
Between Breaths, a memoir by Elizabeth Vargas
Wait Till Next Year, another memoir, by Doris Kearnes Goodwin
Behind Her Eyes, a mystery by Sarah Penborough
Born Survivors, by Wendy Holden
I’m linking with Ginny’s Yarn Along today, pay a visit and be inspired!
