I think my next Cookie sock pattern will be Pomatomus and I plan to cast on tomorrow first thing – I’m pretty sure I have the perfect yarn in my stash,  unfortunately,  a choice will have to be made.

So,  constant reader, which would you pick?

Weigh in on the momentous decision by leaving a comment.  I need a nudge – I love them both!

 WHERE THE HECK IS IT!?!??!?

The search is ongoing for my missing, much loved iPod Classic.  We’ve searched cars, looked under furniture, looked under beds, cleaned out dresser drawers.  Nada, zero, zip, zilch.  I’ve begun retracing my steps, going to the athletic club (nothing), the church (nope),  Clothes  Mentor (uh-uh) and today, I plan to stop by the mexican restaurant where we ate last week after mass.  This is seriously beginning to bum me out.  Apple isn’t making the 160 gig Classic any more and after my original Classic died and could not be resuscitated, I moved heaven and earth to find another one to purchase.  I still feel that it’s somewhere in my house, but I have no idea where and so I’ll keep looking under furniture and emptying drawers until I either find it or become convinced it found its way into an alternate universe, never to return.  Oh, I’ve also asked St. Anthony of Padua for his help about a million times.

Dear Saint Anthony, you are the patron of the poor and the helper of all who seek lost articles. Help me to find the object I have lost so that I will be able to make better use of the time I will gain for God’s greater honor and glory. Grant your gracious aid to all people who seek what they have lost – especially those who seek to regain God’s grace. Amen.

So I just have to keep looking and practice patience.  The looking is easy, the patience – not so much. sigh
