WARNING!! POTENTIAL YARNBOX SPOILERS!!
Here’s a look at last week’s challenge, Cover Up Good. This was a tough one, mostly because most of the time, if I like something about my page, I don’t want to hide it. I did though, as much as I could. Not my favorite challenge, I have to say.
Acrylic paint, stencils, cut outs, spray inks, stamps, die cuts, doodads, ceramic beads, ribbon, black sharpie. Since the prompt was to cover up good, I decided to put a black bar over the eyes a la Glamour Do’s and Don’ts. That’s the first thing I turn to. How about you?
My Yarnbox! It arrived yesterday and, as usual, I snatched it away from Mr. iknead when he brought it in and opened it up. Yarn! Sock yarn! My favorite colors!

I’ve discovered a site that piqued my curiosity (OK, my curiousity is in a constant state of pique), a publishing platform with everything from magazines and personal portfolios to catalogs and (be still my beating heart) knitting patterns and everything in between. It’s called Issuu. Interesting. I’m giving it a whirl with my blog. The site suggests that documents being published be converted to PDF files, so I may lose patience with it – but, like I said, I’ll take it for a test drive to check it out.
